Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on www.clickkitfree.com for our Premium ($1) plan, processed via Paddle.
1. Digital Product Nature
Premium access unlocks additional AI generation features (25+ hooks per topic) immediately upon payment. Because access is granted instantly and the feature is consumable, all sales are generally final.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We may consider refund requests in the following cases:
- You were charged but did not receive premium access due to a technical error on our end
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- The service was completely non-functional at the time of purchase and remained so
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@clickkitfree.com with your payment confirmation/transaction ID and a description of the issue.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle back to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank/card provider.
5. Paddle as Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the merchant of record for this purchase. Paddle may have its own refund handling procedures in addition to this policy.
