How many free invoices can I create?
You get 2 free invoice PDF downloads per day. The counter resets at midnight (server time). You can create and preview unlimited invoices — only the PDF download counts toward your limit.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes. Upload a JPG or PNG file (max 2MB) using the "Upload" button in the Business Logo section. The logo appears on both the live preview and the downloaded PDF.
What currencies are supported?
14 currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, PKR, INR, AED, SAR, CAD, AUD, JPY, CNY, TRY, NGN, and BRL. Each displays with its proper currency symbol throughout the invoice.
Can I create invoices in Arabic or Chinese?
Yes. Select from 16 languages. The entire invoice — labels, headings, notes — translates into your selected language. Arabic invoices automatically use right-to-left (RTL) layout with Tahoma font.
Does the invoice calculate tax automatically?
Yes. Enter your tax rate as a percentage (e.g., 8.5 for 8.5% sales tax or 20 for 20% VAT). The system calculates the tax amount based on the subtotal after discount. You can also add discount rates and shipping costs — all calculated automatically.
Can I include my bank details?
Yes. Enter your bank name, account number, routing/sort code, IBAN, and SWIFT/BIC code. These appear in a "Bank Details" section at the bottom of the invoice — perfect for international wire transfers.
Is the PDF print-ready?
Yes. The PDF is generated at high resolution (2x scale) using html2canvas + jsPDF. It's A4-sized, multi-page capable, and ready to print or email to clients.
Does the premium key expire?
The key expires after 10 PDF downloads — not after a time period. You can use all 10 in one day or spread them across months. Once the 10th invoice is downloaded, the key is permanently exhausted. Each key works on 1 PC only.
